Shipping Policy
• Do I have to pay shipping charges?
You don’t have to pay any shipping charges for orders above Rs 1500. Below this amount you will have to pay the shipping charges. You can review these charges before making the payment at the Check Out page.

• By when will I receive the ordered products?
Delivery will be done within 8-10 working days as due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries.
For World wide shipping
We Ship worldwide with in 3 Business days after receiving the payment.
Economy SHIPPING All the items are shipped worldwide through Registered Postal Service which normally takes 10-25 working days .
Express/ Expedited SHIPPING : Charges are applicable . The items are shipped through DHL Express SHIPPING with the delivery time line of 3 to 7 days . SHIPPING cost of $18 will be charged Extra

• How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?
Indeasia Srijan is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same. No, COD is not available

• What is the mode of delivery at Indeasia Srijan?
We have partnered with our authorized courier services for the shipment of products across India as well as all over the world. Depending upon your location and reach, we make use of several other trustworthy service providers to deliver products.

• How do I know if my order has been placed success fully
Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Indeasia Srijan. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.
For tracing your order you can always write to us at support@indeasia.com , You will be given the tracing details after dispatching the order
Return Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@indeasia.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
